Take a moment to explore the available Scena 360 controls.

How do I host an event on Scena 360?

1. Open the app (visit app.scena360.com)

or visit scena360.com and click "Open Scena 360 App"

2. Enter your display name,... or sign in with your Scena 360 account, if you already have one.

3. Click "Create space" in the Homepage or the Side Menu to reserve/create your private event space.

4. Share/send/paste your link with your event attendees:

Copy your invite link to your clipboard

There are several ways to do so:

• Email
• Calendar invite description and/or location
  • ⚠️ Remove any defaults like Google Meet or Zoom to avoid confusion from attendees
• Slack, Discord, etc.
• Facebook Events
• Eventbrite.com or Meetup.com event details page.

• Bonus: Verbally spell out the invite link 😅

⚠️ Make sure to keep your link private to registered attendees and do not share the event link publicly.
