Connect your Scena 360 Space to Eventbrite

Before continuing, make sure to create an invite link and save it by following these instructions.

<aside> 🔐 ⚠️ For greater protection against unwanted guests, you can manage access to your space by clicking "Manage space" in Scena 360 and updating your security preferences.

In the Space Dashboard you'll have the ability to update settings like space passcodes, and email guest lists.

<aside> 🌟 You can associate a Scena 360 Space with your Eventbrite events for free.

1. Click "Manage my events"

2. Visit the "Online Event Page" section

3. Scroll to the "Add live video or audio" section and click "Link another provider"

4. Enter a title and paste your invite link in the "Live Video or Audio" section

5. Copy-and-paste the following description into your Eventbrite link description:

Space passcode: <passcode>
Join the event here: <your-invite-link-here> 
Instructions:
- You'll be able to join the space on any device (preferably Chrome on your desktop/laptop); no downloads, headsets, or accounts are required.
- To join the space, you'll have to enter your display name, accept microphone permissions, and create an avatar (either by taking a selfie or by making one from scratch). You'll have the option to turn on your video/webcam too.
- You'll only be able to hear and talk to those nearby, so you can meet and communicate as you would IRL.

6. Optional: You can upload download this image and upload it in the "Live Video or Audio" section. When attendees click on it, they will be re-directed to the specified online event URL (your invite link).

7. You can click the ✏️ icon to modify link access.

For greater protection against unwanted guests, you can:

• Restrict access to specific ticket holders.
• Set the visibility to "Custom schedule" and set the "Show time" to 30 minutes or less before your event starts.
