Subscription Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation:

Your plan status will be updated to Canceled. You will still have use of your paid plan for the remainder of your subscription term.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any additional terms of service, and service will continue until the end of the current Subscription Term. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any service already paid for.

Refund Policy

If you request a refund to Scena 360 Pro before the effective date of your subscription or within 14 days after the effective date of your subscription, you will receive a full reimbursement.

You may still cancel your plan at any time, and your subscription will remain subject to the "Subscription Cancellation Policy".

Ordering a Monthly Subscription

When you order Scena 360 Pro, you will be charged for the first period (month) of your billing cycle. Once your first cycle has passed, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”).

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Scena 360 cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Scena 360 customer support team ([email protected]).
